Frederick C. Durant III (1916–2019) was an American rocket and guided-missile expert who served as an associate member of the CIA's 1953 Robertson Panel on unidentified flying objects and authored the panel's detailed 24-page meeting report. He later served as Assistant Director of Astronautics at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum. He appears in the archive as the rapporteur for the Robertson Panel (CIA-UAP-002).
