PURSUE Release 4 added the 1955 "flying saucer" sighting file: the CIA debriefing of a group that included Senator Richard Russell, who observed a luminous object from a train inside the Soviet Union between Baku and Tiflis, and a contemporary analysis linking the case to the "Y" saucer-aircraft program.
