Army Air Force Files - Twining Memo, USAFE TOP SECRET, and Project SIGN
Five operationally significant documents from USAAF (1944-1948) and USAF (1949-1955) archives. Includes the September 1947 Twining Memo in which General Nathan Twining declares "the phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious," the USAFE TOP SECRET cable from November 1948 in which an American officer reports "Swedes conclude that source of objects is non-terrestrial," and early Project SIGN and Project BLUE BOOK documents. These hold significance scores of 9.6-9.8, the strongest evidence in the archive.
